1. User rights1.1 OAG grants the customer a limited license, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, for free use of the product for a period of fourteen (14) trial period (the « trial period ») exclusively for internal evaluation and testing purposes.1.2 The customer agrees that the data should not be copied, disseminated, displayed, transmitted or transferred in any form to third parties. The customer: (a) does not remove identification, copyright, trademarks or data from the product or data; (b) modify or establish the data or parts of this data or, to the extent that paragraph 1 otherwise allows, integrate the data or some of that data into other programs or materials; or (c) allow any user of the product to download, extract, copy or reproduce all or substantial part of the data and keep it in a secondary database. (A) You cannot rent, rent, lend, broadcast or sublicensing the software. You can only copy the software to create archival copies or backups, provided that the backup copy contains all the property or property references contained in the original. You should not copy the corresponding product documentation. You cannot modify, redevelop, decompinize or disassemble the Software unless the above restrictions are expressly prohibited by current legislation. The licensee recognizes and accepts that the software (s) (s) configuration of product (s) provided under this Agreement may be subject to U.S. export control rules and laws, including, but not limited to, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and, if applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and import or export provisions of other countries. The licensee undertakes to comply scrupulously with all laws and regulations and recognizes its responsibility to obtain licenses for the export, re-export or importation of the software, to the extent necessary. 13.8 No other conditions. This agreement is the only agreement between us, and the terms and conditions of any order, written conditions or any other document you provide to us contain conditions different from those of other conditions, contrary to or in addition to the terms of this Agreement, are hereafter refused by CoreOS and are invalid and ineffective.

(c) documentary license. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Ververica grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-negotiable right (except as provided in Section 14.5), a global right and a licence (without a sublicensing) to establish copies of the documentation provided by Ververica, only for the internal use of the Client and for the sole purpose of exercising the rights granted in Section 2.1 a). The client recognizes that no rights are granted to edit, customize, translate, view, publish, create derivative works or distribute documentation.
